Positions Available: 2 (One Primary / One Secondary)

Do you have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and helping them achieve their full potential?
We are currently seeking two dedicated Learning Mentors to join vibrant and inclusive schools in Lambeth — one Primary and one Secondary. These long-term roles offer an exciting opportunity to provide targeted academic and emotional support to students, working closely with teachers and SEN teams to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
The Role
*
Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to pupils, focusing on engagement, confidence, and learning progress
*
Support students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
*
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement tailored support strategies
*
Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils build resilience and self-esteem
*
Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of the school community
Requirements
*
Minimum 2 years of classroom experience (essential)
*
Experience working with SEN pupils (essential)
*
A relevant degree (desirable but not essential)
*
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a proactive approach
*
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
