In this role, you'll be:
Supporting classroom learning by helping pupils access resources and participate fully in lessons
Partnering with teaching staff to modify materials and make content suitable for individual needs
Promoting social connections and supporting participation in school clubs and special events
Delivering focused one-to-one sessions to strengthen classroom learning and boost academic progress
Collaborating with the school's SEND and implementing approaches for each child's growth and learning journey
Leading small group activities

The ideal candidate will hold a degree and/or show genuine commitment to pursuing a career as a primary teaching assistant, with particular interest in supporting children with additional needs.
Essential qualities and background:
Current or future teacher, SEND support worker or classroom assistant
Knowledge of Autism Spectrum conditions
Effective approaches to managing challenging behaviour
Professional presentation
Positive attitude and warm personality
