Within this role as a Learning Support Assistant - Graduate Position, you will support the school's students regularly in intervention sessions, assisting them in areas of academic weakness while also helping them develop and progress in a social capacity. You will also be allowed to work closely with experienced and knowledgeable teachers and SLTs to report on student progress.

Working with subject teachers and STL to support students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Leading support sessions for students in both 1:1 and group settings
Encouraging an inclusive and positive environment for the students to work within
Providing support to the school's SEN pupils (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
September 2025 Start - Full-time position
£110 - £115 per day - Term time only
