The Role – Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils across Key Stage 1 who have a range of special educational needs, such as ASD, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver tailored support plans, helping pupils to engage with their learning, develop confidence, and make progress both academically and socially. This is a full-time, long-term position, ideal for someone who is dedicated, nurturing, and committed to supporting every child’s success.
