Learning Support Assistant | Waltham Forest | £82.14 - £100/day | ASAP Start | Flexible Working
Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work in inclusive and supportive primary schools across Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring Learning Support Assistant to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with additional learning needs.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who require extra support, including those with autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. The Learning Support Assistant will work 1:1 or in small groups, helping pupils to access learning and develop key skills.
Learning Support Assistant - Role Overview:
Daily rate: £82.14 - £100 (depending on experience)
Full-time or flexible working options available
Immediate start across Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Ideal Candidate for the Learning Support Assistant Role:
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting children with SEN
A patient, empathetic, and encouraging approach
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
