We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Taunton. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting students with:
Trauma-informed approaches
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
ADHD
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Cognition and learning challenges
Leading 1:1 or small group interventionsRequirements:
