Tradewind Recruitment is working with a warm, inclusive primary school in Corby to recruit an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from January 2026.

About the Role:
Provide tailored support to pupils across EYFS up to KS2
Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment
Support pupils with a range of needs to help them access learning effectively
Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
Work closely with the wider staff team to deliver high-quality support
About you:
Must have previous experience working in UK primary schools
Genuine passion for supporting young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive, and compassionate approach
