Learning Support Assistant - Secondary School - Southwark Start: Immediate | Full-Time | Long-Term | PAYE | Competitive Pay Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Southwark. This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to students' learning and development. In this rewarding position, you will support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)-both in class and through targeted small-group interventions. Working closely with teachers and SEN staff, you'll help adapt lessons, implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and ensure every student can thrive in an inclusive learning environment.
