Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) | Bromley

5 Days Per Week | Full-Time | Excellent Progression Opportunities

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and supportive school environment?

A lovely school in Bromley is seeking a dedicated and experienced LSA to join their team on a full-time, 5-day-per-week basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an educational setting, strong knowledge of learning support, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils thrive.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as an LSA or in a similar educational support role
Strong knowledge and understanding of learning support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
A relevant degree is preferred, but not essentialKey Responsibilities:

Providing tailored one-to-one and small-group support
Supporting pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing
Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
Helping create an inclusive, positive and engaging learning environment
Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to their developmentThe school offers a lovely working environment, supportive staff team and excellent opportunities for professional growth and progression.
