Are you ready to make a real difference as a SEND Learning Support Assistant in the Romford area?
We’re looking for a caring and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join several lovely primary schools in Romford. If you’re comfortable supporting children with a range of SEN needs and want to help them shine, this could be the perfect role for you!
We want someone who creates a happy, positive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential. Creativity and patience are key!
What you'll be doing:
• Providing 1:1 support to students with SEN in the classroom
• Helping teachers put individual education plans into action, tailored just for each child
• Supervising and guiding students during activities, making sure they understand what to do
• Using positive behaviour management techniques to calm and support challenging behaviour when needed
• Building great relationships with teachers, parents, and other professionals while keeping clear progress records
• Helping create an inclusive, welcoming space so children feel confident and settled at school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
