About the Role:
We’re seeking a resilient and compassionate LSA to support students with a range of behavioural, emotional, and social needs. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils engage with learning and develop positive relationships.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience as an LSA, ideally in a PRU, SEMH, or alternative provision setting

A calm, consistent, and patient approach

Strong behaviour management and communication skills
