Start: Immediate | Salary: £89 - £105 per day | Part-Time or Full-Time

Academics is recruiting a passionate Learning Support Assistant in East Birmingham who are open to supporting pupils with personal care needs and committed to helping students reach their full potential in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs as a Learning Support Assistant
Supporting with personal care routines where required (toileting, feeding, hygiene)
Building trusting relationships that support pupils' emotional, social, and academic development
Contributing to pupil progress and well-being through consistent and compassionate support
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
Have at least 3 months' experience in an SEN school or similar setting
Are open and confident supporting pupils with personal care needs
Are patient, calm, and dedicated to inclusive education
Are based in or can commute reliably to East Birmingham
Are available for part-time or full-time work
