Learning Support Assistant
(salary dependant on experience and/or qualifications)
ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic team environment within a Special Education Needs School.
Your role:
You will be closely collaborating with your colleagues to produce an inclusive learning environment, where individualised support is provided allowing for both academic and personal development.
On a day-to-day basis you will be offering one-on-one or small group support, assisting in educational tasks helping them to engage, progress, and thrive in a setting that values wellbeing, communication, and independence as much as academic success.

Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in behaviour management and SEN support.
About you:
A minimum of 1 years' experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting or equivalent personal experience supporting individuals with learning needs.
A qualification of working with children and young people such as health & social care, children and young people’s workforce
Suitable references and a valid DBS on the update service, or a willingness to complete a DBS check.
