Role as a Learning Support Assistant
You’ll be a vital part of the SEN team, working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support pupils with additional needs in the classroom. This is more than just a support role – it’s an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a child’s journey and see the direct impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Supporting individual pupils or small groups with SEND in daily lessons
* Encouraging emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independent learning

* Observing and feeding back on pupil progress to guide support strategies
