We're seeking a kind, enthusiastic, and reliable Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil with Special Educational Needs in our welcoming school community.
You don't need a formal qualification we'll provide training. If you're passionate about helping children learn and grow, especially those who face unique challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing as a learning support assistant:
1:1 and group support with pupils learning, communication, and emotional needs
Assist the teacher in delivering and evaluating learning activities
Help manage behaviour and encourage independence
Promote inclusion and wellbeing inside and outside the classroom
Participate in breaktime supervision, educational visits, and ICT-based learning
What we are looking for:
A caring, patient, and motivated approach
Basic ICT skills and a willingness to learn
Good communication and active listening skills
Resilience and the ability to work independently and in a team
Interest in SEND and inclusive education
Awareness of safeguarding (training provided)
