About the Role:
Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEND needs across KS3 KS5
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to help students access learning
Support student development both academically and socially
Collaborate with teachers and the SEND team to implement effective support strategies
Promote inclusion, independence and positive behaviour in and out of the classroom
