The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a Primary school in Leeds (LS8) to start on a Full-Time basis from Sept 2025. Working in this Primary school as part of an established team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working 1-2-1 predominantly with a nursery aged pupil, however you will also support other pupils across school for variety in the role. You would be supporting children with a range of SEND and SEMH needs for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 aged children.

Requirements
Adaptability & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
Behaviour Management: Proven skills in effectively managing student behaviour.
Experience in SEND: Prior experience working in a SEND environment is essential.
Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
Compliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
