Learning Support Assistants (Full-Time)

Our thriving and inclusive SEN school in West Drayton is seeking several enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team from September 2025. The Role:
As an LSA, you will work closely with class teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of each pupil. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis in and outside the classroom
* Implementing individual learning plans and communication strategies
* Assisting with personal care and mobility where necessary
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-esteem
* Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for individuals who are:
* Compassionate, patient, and resilient
* Passionate about working with children with additional needs
* Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
* Willing to undertake training relevant to the role (e.g., Team Teach, PECS, Makaton)
* Flexible, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team
Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential – we welcome applications from candidates with a strong desire to learn and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
