We are currently recruiting multiple LSAs to join a range of primary and secondary schools across the Ealing area from September 2025. These are long-term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
About the Role:

Work closely with teachers to support students with varying needs, including those with SEND, SEMH, and EAL.

Provide 1:1 and small group support both in and out of the classroom.
*
Help to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
*
Adapt learning materials and approaches to meet individual needs.
We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people in an educational or support setting.
*
A positive, proactive, and patient attitude.
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*
A genuine passion for helping students succeed and thrive.
