Learning Support Assistant - Mainstream Secondary School - Bromley
Full-Time | Immediate Start | Long-Term
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience (paid via PAYE)
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join mainstream secondary schools in Bromley. This full-time, long-term position is available immediately and will run through to the end of the next academic year.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be supporting students with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You'll work closely with teaching staff to provide one-to-one and small group support, both in class and in intervention settings.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working with children or young people
A valid DBS on the Update Service
Experience supporting students with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
A patient, adaptable and proactive approach
