At Quokka Education, we're seeking a compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a Top 10 Hampshire secondary school in Winchester. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025, perfect for those aiming to pursue a future in teaching, psychology, or SEND support.

We provide full support, including free training, CPD courses, and experience days, so you can step into the role with confidence and enthusiasm.
Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
* Support students with additional or complex learning needs within the classroom
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, both academically and emotionally
* Help maintain a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to remove learning barriers
We're Looking For:
* Graduates or aspiring teachers seeking classroom experience
* Patient, empathetic individuals with strong communication skills
