Learning Support Assistants – East Sussex

Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking for your next opportunity in East Sussex?
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic LSAs to support children in a range of primary and secondary schools across the region. We have both full-time and part-time roles available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in an educational setting
SEN experience is highly desirable
A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to support learning
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Location:
Schools across East Sussex
