Learning Support Assistant - Uxbridge

We're looking for a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive team at a specialist SEN primary school in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils aged 4-11 with additional needs and be part of a nurturing, therapy-led setting.
What you'll be doing:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
Encourage a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development
Help with classroom organisation and learning resources
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Are patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children succeed
Have great communication skills and a team spirit
Bring experience in education or SEN (desirable, not essential)
Are open to learning and growing in a supportive environment
Hold a relevant qualification (helpful, but not required)
