Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £85 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

Provide Education is a local, specialist education recruitment agency currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) on behalf of a highly regarded SEN schools in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to gain varied experience in a supportive, flexible role.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
*
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored support plans
*
Support children with a variety of needs including autism, ADHD, communication and sensory needs
*
Assist with classroom management, learning tasks and emotional regulation
*
Help create a positive, safe and inclusive environment for all learners
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEN setting
*
Calm, patient and resilient, with a flexible approach to learning
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
A willingness to support personal care or behaviour needs if required
*
A valid Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
