About the School:

Delivers a broad, balanced, and individualised curriculum tailored to each pupil

Your Role as a Specialist TA:
Provide 1:1 and small group support in a High Dependency Unit
Use ABA strategies and PECS to deliver structured learning sessions
Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and school leaders to personalise learning plans
Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews to enhance your professional growth
Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and contribute to a highly supportive team environment
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in ABA, SEN, or autism support is ideal-but not essential
Someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and emotionally resilient
A team player who can communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and families
Passionate about helping neurodiverse pupils achieve their full potential
