SEN Learning Support Assistants - Putney, SW15
Location: Putney, SW15, South West London
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm | Monday to Friday
Contract: Full Time | Long Term
Reeson Education is working in partnership with a warm and inclusive primary school in Putney that is looking to appoint two full-time SEN Learning Support Assistants from September 2025. These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs.
The Roles:
Role 1 - Year 6:
Supporting a pupil with SEN, providing emotional and learning support
Helping to regulate emotions, boost confidence, and maintain focus
Role 2 - Year 2:
Supporting a pupil with Autism (ASD) who is non-verbal
Using visual aids, alternative communication tools, and structured routines
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children with SEN, especially ASD and SEMH
A calm, patient and compassionate approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
