Contract: Long-term agency placement (via ANZUK), with potential for permanent opportunities
Pay: £90-£105 per day
Learning Support Assistant – Primary School – Fulham (September Start)
ANZUK Education is supporting a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Fulham, South West London, in their search for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This full-time position begins in September 2025 and will involve working closely with pupils who require additional support, including those with special educational needs.
The school has a strong commitment to providing a supportive learning environment where all students are encouraged to achieve their full potential. Whether you have experience in education, care, youth work or mentoring, we welcome your application.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and in-class support for pupils with a range of learning needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
* Work collaboratively with the SENCo and wider school staff to implement support plans
* Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
* Support the creation of an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN
* A calm, positive, and flexible approach to supporting learning
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to promoting the wellbeing and progress of all learners
* A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Availability for full-time work starting September 2025
