Year 1 Learning Support Assistant / Learning Support Practitioner Pastoral Focus (Thrive Approach) Location: Watford, Hertfordshire Start Date: 1st September 2025 Contract: Temporary or Fixed Term until July 2026 (initially) Hours: 27.5 per week - Monday to Friday, 9:15am - 3:15pm Salary: H3.5 (£24,790 FTE) + £1,013 Fringe Allowance (pro rata) Applications are now open for a highly rewarding role supporting Year 1 pupils in a thriving school in Watford, Hertfordshire.
