Job Description
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN
Assist the class teacher in implementing differentiated learning activities
Help manage classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies
Support students with communication, emotional regulation, and social skills
Contribute to progress reports, EHCP reviews, and pastoral care
Supervise and support students during non-classroom times (breaks, lunch, transitions)Before You Apply
