What You'll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional educational needs
Adapting learning activities and resources to suit individual learning styles and needs
Collaborating with class teachers to implement targeted support plans
Encouraging pupils to build confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
Creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with prior experience supporting children with SEND, preferably in a school setting
Confident in using creative and adaptive approaches to support individual learning
Calm, empathetic, and passionate about making a positive difference
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
