Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Assisting individual pupils or small groups, including those with special educational needs
Promoting positive behaviour and providing a nurturing environment
Assisting with classroom management and organisation
Supporting pupils' social and emotional development
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential
Patient, caring, and motivating with a passion for education
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments
Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
