Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Primary
Location: Camden, London

Daily Rate: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting children's learning and development?
Tradewind Education is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in inclusive and welcoming primary schools across Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting pupils with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs
Assist class teachers with the delivery of lessons and classroom management
Promote an inclusive learning environment and positive pupil engagement
Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and SENCOs
Support children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs where required
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
A genuine passion for education and supporting children's development
Calm, patient and adaptable with strong communication skills
Knowledge of SEN strategies and experience supporting children with EHCPs is highly desirable
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
