Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with academic, emotional, or behavioural needs
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities
Encouraging pupil engagement and independence in learning
Helping to implement EHCPs and personalised learning plans
Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
A calm, caring, and adaptable nature
Interest in working with SEN, behavioural needs, or learning difficulties
Good communication and teamwork skills
A valid, enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)Before You Apply
