Learning Support Assistant - Immediate Start
Full-Time | Long-Term Roles | Southeast London (Including Bexley)
Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment is currently hiring Learning Support Assistants to work in welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across Southeast London, with immediate start dates available.
We are offering full-time, long-term roles running through to the end of the academic year, with the potential for continuation. Whether you're looking for consistent placement or flexible day-to-day supply, we have opportunities to fit your lifestyle.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Help students access learning and stay engaged in lessons
Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated instruction
Collaborate with staff and families to support student progress and well-being
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people (essential)
Experience supporting students with SEND (preferred)
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
A proactive, dependable, and empathetic approach
