The Role: Social & Emotional Youth Worker
✨ Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
Assist the class teacher with learning activities, classroom management, and resource preparation.
Encourage and motivate pupils to engage fully in their learning.
Support pupils with their social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour.
Help create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Have previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
✅ Be patient, caring, and adaptable, with a positive attitude.
✅ Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Be committed to supporting the needs of all learners.
✅ Hold (or be willing to work towards) relevant qualifications such as Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
