Job Description
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking for a rewarding role in education? We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive Early Years team in Hemel Hempstead.
Contract positonMonday to Friday and offers an opportunity to work in a school dedicated to supporting pupils with specific or complex needs. While previous experience is beneficial, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to building strong relationships are the most valued qualities for this role.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide individualised support to a child, assisting with their learning and emotional regulation to ensure they can fully engage with the curriculum and school life. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENDCO, playing a key role in a collaborative and caring team. Support will also extend to supervising the child during parts of their lunch period.
