About the role – Learning Support Assistant
I am working with a mainstream secondary who are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join them ASAP. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students, including those with additional learning needs. You will assist individuals and small groups, helping to reinforce classwork, develop skills, and build confidence. A key part of the role is promoting inclusion, encouraging positive behaviour, and fostering independence.

This mixed secondary academy in Tower Hamlets caters to students aged 11–19. Newly opened in 2016, it is part of a wider multi-academy trust that also includes several primary schools.
