Pay: £90–£120 per day

Teenagers can be brilliant, hilarious, and occasionally challenging—and that’s why they need someone like you. As a full-time Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be right there in the classroom, helping pupils find their confidence, stick with learning, and believe in themselves.
This isn’t just about helping them through a tricky maths question—it’s about being the calm voice, the steady support, and the person who makes school feel like somewhere they can succeed.
What You’ll Do
✨ Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across secondary subjects
✨ Help students with SEND, SEMH, or learning needs access lessons
✨ Build positive relationships that boost confidence and independence
✨ Work full-time alongside teachers and SENCOs to keep pupils engaged
