Learning Support Assistant - Bournemouth - Immediate Start
Location: Bournemouth
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £95 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Term-Time Only

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream school in Bournemouth, providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD.
About the Role:
Supporting pupils with ASD to access learning and achieve their potential
Working alongside experienced teachers and SENCOs
Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
Promoting independence and social development
Immediate start - long-term position with potential for extension
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children or young people with ASD
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for SEN
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
