We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest. Job Responsibilities
As a Learning Support Assistant, your duties will include:
Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small groups to meet individual learning needs
Working closely with teachers to implement tailored strategies and interventions
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering independence among pupils
Assisting in creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Helping with record-keeping, monitoring pupil progress, and liaising with parents/carers when necessary
Qualifications/Experience
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant, you will need:
An Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
The right to work in the UK
Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable but not essential
A passion for supporting children and helping them achieve their potential
