Job Description
Are you an experienced and responsible Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking to help some of the most vulnerable young people in Bristol? Are you confident and wanting to find your next influential role?
Affinity Workforce Solutions are partnered with multiple multi-academy trusts, looking for Learning Support Assistants to join passionate and inspiring teams who are supporting pupils with a variety of educational abilities.
This role includes working with students of a variety of ages and providing the whole curriculum to the young people in the classroom.
The successful applicant:
Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education
Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills.
Confident supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job. Benefits of working with Affinity Workforce:
