Daily Pay: £88.94 - £100
Contract Type: Ongoing, with the possibility of becoming permanent
Your Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping to deliver a personalised and inclusive learning experience.
Providing focused 1:1 support to students with special educational needs
Adapting learning tasks and resources to meet a variety of individual needs
Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies
Promoting student confidence, resilience, and independence
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Learning Support Assistant who brings empathy, initiative, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
Previous experience supporting children with SEND, ideally in an educational setting
A creative and flexible approach to learning support
A calm and nurturing presence with strong communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
