What You'll Be Doing:
Offering 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant to pupils with additional learning needs
Tailoring learning activities and resources to suit different learning styles
Working alongside class teachers to deliver targeted support plans
Encouraging children to develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
Helping to create a safe, welcoming environment where every child can flourish
Who We're After:
Previous experience supporting children with SEND, ideally within a school setting
Confident in using creative, adaptable methods to support learning
Calm, compassionate, and genuinely motivated to make a positive impact
Happy to work independently as well as part of a team
