Role Responsibilities:
Providing support as a Learning Support Assistant to individual pupils and small groups to facilitate their learning

Helping to build independence and self-confidence in pupils with special educational needs
Candidate Profile:
Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant with children who have SEN
Knowledge of effective strategies to support a broad range of additional needs
Patient, compassionate, and resilient approach to working with children
Based locally or able to reliably commute to West Bromwich
