Position Details:
Start Date: September
Location: Kings Heath, Birmingham
Pay: £88.94-£100 per day
Contract: Ongoing, Full-time or Part-time
Role Responsibilities:
Supporting individual pupils and small groups as a Learning Support Assistant, helping them engage in daily lessons
Adapting classwork and resources to support diverse learning needs and styles
Working closely with teaching staff to implement tailored education plans
Encouraging pupils with SEN to build confidence, independence, and resilience
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant, particularly with children who have special educational needs (SEN)
Understanding of a range of strategies to support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Local to Kings Heath or able to commute reliably
