We are committed to helping schools find passionate support staff who can provide high-quality, individualised assistance to pupils with additional needs.
We are currently seeking LSAs to work 1:1 with students, supporting them with both their academic progress and emotional well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in the life of a young learner while gaining valuable experience in the education sector.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience working 1:1 with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting
Be patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting the individual needs of learners
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be proactive and adaptable in the classroom environment
Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) or equivalent experience
Applicants must have:
The right to work in the UK
Relevant documentation and two professional references
An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
