The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting teachers and pupils in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-to-one and small group support, particularly with pupils who have additional learning needs.

Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management.
*
Helping prepare learning materials and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom.
*
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting inclusion for all learners.
*
Monitoring pupil progress and sharing feedback with teachers and parents.
*
Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school teams.
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
*
Experience supporting SEN pupils on a 1:1 or group basis.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach.
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Relevant childcare or education qualifications (desirable but not essential).
