Academics Ltd is seeking flexible and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work on a supply basis across secondary schools, further education settings, and special educational needs (SEN) provisions in Beverley and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with a range of learning needs
Assist teaching staff in the delivery of lessons and learning activities
Support students with additional needs, including those with EHCPs or behavioural challenges
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times
