About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Runcorn. The role will primarily involve supporting children in Key Stage 2 (KS2), helping them to access the curriculum, develop their confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the class teacher to support learning activities in line with the national curriculum.
Provide support for individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional learning needs.
Help to create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Support the social and emotional development of pupils, encouraging positive behaviour and independence.
Assist with preparing learning materials and resources.About You
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate) are desirable but not essential.How to Apply
