TeacherActive is currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) across Avonmouth, Henbury, Shirehampton, and Southmead, to support local primary schools in creating inclusive, engaging learning environments. These roles are perfect for someone patient, positive, and proactive who enjoys helping pupils thrive both academically and socially.

Your Role Will Include:
Supporting pupils with their learning in and outside of the classroom
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and small-group activities
Encouraging pupil confidence, independence, and social interaction
Providing 1:1 support for children who need extra guidance
Promoting a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting children in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential)
A calm, confident, and encouraging approach to behaviour and learning
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
